Johnsonburg Bypass Route 219 construction update

 

Traffic update:

    

Crews build the new sound wall along the Route 219 Johnsonburg Bypass project.

 

  • There are no reports of construction activity that would affect traffic.

  • Route 219 (Center Street) and Grant Street have reopened.

Crews are completing the reconstruction of Route 219, a sound wall, and the new bridge over the Clarion River

Bridge beams being delivered to the construction site.  Some of the beams are "super beams" weighing 80 tons each and 130 feet in length.
